SESSION FEES PER PERSON
Fees are $2,980 per person, per session, two people to a room. Each room has at least two separate beds. Because there are a limited number of rooms, each person must pay full price. If, for example, a spouse wishes to come but not participate in the cooking classes, the spouse may enjoy the excursions and other activities, but still must pay the $2,980. All of the guest rooms have private bathrooms. Single supplement for a private room (with no room-mate) is $990.

CARS
Public transportation is not readily available to Moutas. The easiest accessibility is train (the high speed TGV) from Paris’ Gare de Lyon train station to Montelimar, and a rental car for the one - hour drive. Or, we are about a three hour drive from Nice; two hours from Marseilles. If you are coming direct from the Paris airport, we recommend you stay a night in Valence or Avignon, and pick up your rental car there. If you prefer not to rent a car, we will arrange for a taxi to meet you and return you to Montelimar for the TGV. The supplement for such service is $350 per single person, or $450 for a couple.

CANCELLATION BY THE CHEF
If for any reason the chef cancels (or the session must be cancelled for any reason) and a replacement cannot be found, you will be notified immediately, and all fees/deposits paid will be refunded in full. We cannot be responsible for any travel arrangements/expenses you may have made or incurred, and no reimbursements for same will be made.

ENROLLMENT
Classes are limited to 10 participants. A deposit of $1,490 is required to make a reservation. The deposit less $450 is refundable up to four months before classes begin. The remainder of the fee is required to be paid in full four months before classes begin. If you have not paid in full by that time, and if you have not requested a deposit refund, the entire deposit will be forfeited and your place made available to others.
